Welcome to Jacob's website. Jacob has cerebral palsy as a result of a birth related brain injury. He is a beautiful boy and full of life. Jacob is still making improvements since our trip to China last year. We are very proud of Jacob. He is having a great year so far. Jake is now in home school and learning tons of new skills. It is hard to believe he is already 4 years old. Jacob is growing tall and losing all of his baby fat. This year he is greatly improving his head control. Thanks for keeping up with Jacob's progress.
